Essential Gym Workout Accessories

Essential Workout Accessories for the gym include a good pair of trainers, leggings, a loose-fitting top and a water bottle to keep hydrated.

Yes, I've joined a fitness centre (gym)!

Nike Internationalist Trainers in Ivory

But I have to be honest I'm not too keen on the actual fitness machines but instead, I go to a few of the classes; Zumba, Legs Bums and Tums and on Monday of this week I tried Yogalates and very quickly decided it's not for me; good gawd have you seen the positions these people get into?!😧

I'm totally in love with my Nike Internationalist Trainers they're great quality and so comfy. These Nike Leg-a-See Swoosh Printed Leggings are made of lovely soft stretchy smooth jersey fabric with an all over swoosh print.

You'll also need a top of some description; a sleeveless racerback perhaps (they don't suit me) I particularly like Nike T-shirts with Dry-Fit technology that's designed to keep you dry and comfortable.

Plus of course, all girlie's will need a decent Sports Bra. 'Next' has a great range of their own brand at reasonable prices too so it's worth checking them out. A Gym Bag is necessary to put your towel and change of clothes in for when you're all done.

I realise I'm liking a lot of Nike stuff in this post but it's just because I'm becoming a bit of a Nike freak. Their products are made really well and last forever.

I saw someone had given these leggings a poor review on Next saying they looked old after just a couple of washes.

But it really is because they couldn't have followed the washing instructions which is to wash at 30 degrees and not to use fabric softener.

I use non-bio washing liquid for my gym stuff as it helps keep the colour and elasticity.

I've got Nike stuff from years ago (way before I started at a gym) and one pair of trackie bottoms I have must have been washed a gazillion times and have still kept their colour and honestly could still pass for new; amazing.

I really like that the drinking spout is covered by the flip top.
