I must say Quorn frozen beef strips are easy to cook, but in my opinion, actually taste more like tofu rather than beef.
But with that said, personally I much prefer the Quorn beef than the chicken, as I find the chicken a bit dry.

Although we're not vegetarians it is sometimes good to have a meat-free dinner. In any case, Quorn is super quick to cook, low in calories and high in protein.
This dish can be on the table in a matter of minutes and since you cook the beef strips from frozen my recipe really is a doddle to make and is really tasty.
What is Quorn?
Quorn is a meat substitute product originating in the UK and sold primarily in Europe, but is available in 18 countries. Quorn is sold as both a cooking ingredient and as the meat substitute used in a range of prepackaged meals. Source Quorn Foods.
To cook all you need is a large frying pan, but ideally, a decent Pre-seasoned Cast Iron Wok will work best.
Unlike a regular frying pan, cast iron gets really hot very quickly, and you'll find vegetables such as peppers and onions are perfectly cooked in a flash whilst retaining a slight crunchiness.
Why does a Wok need to be Seasoned?
Seasoning your cast iron or carbon steel wok creates a protective coating inside of the pan. Every time you cook with oil, the coating becomes thicker and heavier and creates a natural, non-stick cooking surface.
